How long has Courseware Store been providing IT Training?
Courseware Store have experience of providing help and advice on computer
training courses to Schools, Local Borough Councils, NHS Trusts and Companies in
the UK and abroad since 1998.
Our Charity has a number of physical locations
throughout our town/city. Do I need more than one site license?
A single site license will cover the main site of a Charity for 12 months, even if the institution is spread out over a number of
physical locations within a city you will need a multi site license. If in
doubt, contact us prior to purchasing your courseware.
What course titles are included in the 'IT Courseware Libraries'?
You get unlimited rights to all of the courses contained within the 'IT

Is there an annual renewal fee to use the courses contained within
the 'IT Courseware Libraries'?
Yes as most organisations use the printable courseware library to supplement
the video courseware library and choose to renew their license annually. We are
constantly updating both courseware libraries and believe that offering one of
the lowest prices on the internet for unlimited access/printable rights will
benefit any organisation in the long term looking to use our printable and video
'IT Courseware Library'
Can I add my organisation's name and logos?
Yes. (You must leave the Courseware Store copyright notice on each item that
you use). We even provide a branded login page with your organisations logos
for the online video courseware library.
Can I use the Courseware Library to deliver 'Distance Learning' over
the Internet?
Many trainers use our manuals for tutor-led training sessions, followed by
the students using the workbooks to practice the knowledge gained during the
training session. In some cases organizations use our materials to supplement
the video training.
Can we use the 'IT Courseware Libraries' for courses in our IT suite that
we hire out?
If you want to use our training materials to resell then you need to acquire
a commercial license. For example, we have many Community Colleges and
Universities who hire out their IT suites to commercial organisations for a fee
and resell our training materials as part of a package.
